General Terms
By using the DLR Automobile website and our rental services, you accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Displayed prices are indicative and monthly.
Eligibility
The renter must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years and present a government-issued photo ID. A satisfactory driving record may be required.
Pricing
Displayed prices are indicative and monthly. Mileage, insurance and security deposit are extra. Rates are subject to change based on vehicle availability and market conditions.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at vehicle pickup. The amount varies depending on the model rented. The deposit is refunded upon vehicle return, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
Insurance
Liability insurance is mandatory. Additional coverage options (collision, theft, damage) are available. The renter is responsible for the applicable deductible in the event of a claim.
Liability
The renter is responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental period. Any damage, fines or violations occurring during the rental period are the renter's responsibility. DLR Automobile declines all liability in the event of accident or injury.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are free of charge. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may incur fees equivalent to one day of rental.
Modifications
DLR Automobile reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the current terms.
