Frequently asked questions
- What security deposit should I expect?
- A security deposit is required at vehicle pickup. The amount varies by model and is confirmed before booking. It is refunded upon return, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
- What does insurance cover, and what stays my responsibility?
- Liability insurance is included and mandatory. Additional coverage options (collision, theft, damage) are available. In the event of a claim, you remain responsible for the deductible tied to the option you chose; the exact amount is communicated before the contract is signed.
- How much mileage is included in my rental?
- Included mileage depends on the vehicle and is specified at the time of booking. Any additional mileage is billed as extra, per our terms and conditions.
- What's the minimum age to rent, and what documents do I need?
- You must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years, and present a government-issued photo ID. A satisfactory driving record may be required.
- Do you deliver the vehicle, or do I pick it up?
- Pickup happens at our location at 944 Chem. Trudeau, Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, on Montreal’s South Shore. For delivery elsewhere in Greater Montreal, mention it in your request: we confirm feasibility and any fee before the booking is made.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are free of charge. A late cancellation, less than 48 hours before the start, may incur fees equivalent to one day of rental.
- Can I pay online?
- No. The site sends a booking request, not a payment. No amount is charged through this site.
